Aluminum & Alloys

Aerospace structural parts, heat sinks, and enclosures demand precision and speed. Built-up edge is the #1 enemy, causing chatter marks and inconsistent finishes. Polished flutes and optimized helix geometry keep chips flowing freely. NT Series delivers the surface finish that aerospace specs demand — directly off the spindle.

Copper & Alloys

EDM electrodes, busbars, and heat exchangers require precision finishes and dimensional accuracy. Copper's tendency to adhere to cutting edges destroys tool life and surface quality. Polished flute surfaces and sharp uncoated carbide edges prevent adhesion, protecting both the tool and workpiece surface finish.
