Prices and Taxes
Prices are clearly shown on the cart and checkout pages and exclude VAT and other taxes where applicable. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.

Paid Shipping Options
Once you add items to your cart and enter your shipping address at checkout, the system automatically shows the available shipping options and their costs to your destination.
Free Shipping Options
Within Germany — three levels of free shipping are available: Free Basic, Free Standard, and Free Premium. Minimum order requirements are listed on the Free Shipping page in the shop.
Worldwide — Free Basic Shipping with UPS Standard/Expedited or postal service (depending on receiving country). For Germany, Free Basic Shipping with UPS Standard for a net order of €99.99 or more.
Worldwide Free Premium Shipping — FedEx Priority on net orders over a defined country-specific minimum. Excluded: cities and area codes outside FedEx normal delivery area.
Delivery Options & Estimated Delivery Times
Within Germany
- UPS Express — various overnight options
- DHL Paket or UPS Standard — 1–2 business days on average
Outside Germany
- FedEx International Economy — 2–5 business days depending on country
- FedEx International Priority — overnight in most countries, delivery by 18:00
- FedEx International First — overnight, delivery by 10:00
Deutsche Post Estimated Delivery Times: Western Europe 3–6 days; Eastern Europe 4–10 days; Middle East 6–12 days; Africa 8–12 days; Asia 6–14 days (Japan 3–6 days); North America 3–6 days; South America 6–18 days. Postal delivery times can be longer due to processing delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Tracking is available by logging into "My Account" in the shop and navigating to "My Orders". Each order has a tracking link via our partner Aftership.
Order Preparation Times
All orders received by 12:00 CET ship the same day pending technical or other delays.
