Where We Ship
The U.S. shop ships to addresses within the 50 United States and U.S. territories. International orders are served by our EU shop — see EU & International shipping.
Carriers
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The available options for your address are shown at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service level.
Estimated Delivery Times
- UPS Ground / FedEx Ground / USPS Priority Mail — 2–7 business days, depending on origin and destination.
- UPS 2nd Day / FedEx 2Day — 2 business days from the ship date.
- UPS Next Day Air / FedEx Standard Overnight — next business day.
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and not guaranteed. Carrier delays are outside our control. Order preparation typically takes 1 business day; orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific ship the same business day pending stock and technical conditions.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the carrier service, weight, and destination. Free-shipping promotions, when offered, are subject to the minimum order amounts shown in the cart.
Sales Tax
Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also view tracking by logging into "My Account" in the shop.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment/suite numbers and ZIP+4 where known. We are not responsible for shipments delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at info@alien-tools.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
