Right of Withdrawal — European Union

Consumers within the meaning of §13 BGB have a statutory right of withdrawal under §312g BGB.

Cancellation Right

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the date on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, took possession of the goods (or the last good in the case of a single order with multiple separately delivered items).

How to Exercise Your Right

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (other than the supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you incur fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
