Return Policy — United States
We want you to be satisfied with your AlienTools purchase. The following policy applies to orders shipped from our U.S. shop.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You may return most products within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the purchase price. The return window begins on the date the carrier confirms delivery of your order to the address you provided.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
- Items must be in their original packaging, with all labels and protective sleeves intact where applicable.
- You must include the original invoice or order number.
- Sample boxes and items marked as final sale, made-to-order, or custom-manufactured are not eligible for return.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Email info@alien-tools.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will respond with return-shipping instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
4. Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, damaged in transit). For defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return-shipping costs upon receipt of a copy of the carrier receipt.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable except where the return is due to our error.
6. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to large orders or orders returned outside the standard 30-day window at our discretion. We will inform you of any restocking fee before processing the refund.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund. Photos of the damaged item and packaging are helpful.
8. Exchanges
We do not currently process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item under this policy and place a new order for the desired item.
